We're currently experiencing a complete outage with one of our data centres affecting all services.
The issue is being investigated by our DC provider and we're looking to move services over to another DC in the meantime.

All of our servers have become reachable.
Several workarounds have been put in place which will be removed once we have tested and confirmed our DC is fully functional.
All services are operational as normal and all workarounds have been reverted.
We're waiting for an update from the DC to advise on the root cause of the outage.
Apologies for any disruptions.
The underlying issue causing this evening's service outages has been resolved. Our services have been stable since around 00:45.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this incident.
